Client Adaxis Management AG was set up in 2013 to develop sustainable real estate in China and South East Asia. The private Swiss investor group evaluates locations and projects in mainland China. The investment is focussing on sustainability in planning, construction and operation of the property. Special focus is given to social aspects of sustainability like multi-generation developments and plus energy concepts.
